Dietetics is the science of nutrition, and dietitians educate you in health and disease. Dietitians are qualified to provide a range of evidence-based nutrition services, such as individual dietary counselling, medical nutrition therapy, group dietary therapy, and food service management. 

Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are nutrition professionals who are trained to give expert nutrition advice to individuals, groups and organisations.

Diabetes Education is about assisting people with diabetes (or at risk of diabetes), their families and carers to gain the knowledge, skills, motivation and confidence to manage their condition. 

Credentialled Diabetes Educators (CDEs) are qualified to provide support and education for people with diabetes integrating clinical care, self-management education, skills training and disease specific information.
